ASPEN

Like a stunning mountain lodge, the Aspen features a 2-story chalet center section flanked by two single-story wings. In our suggested floor plans, we've used one wing as a garage, but you can finish it out to add even more living space (our open-span framing allows you to create any floor plan you want). The Aspen's distinctive swept-prow front opens to a porch below and balcony above, offering great views for your outdoor activities. With the Aspen's tall windows and vaulted ceiling, the view from inside can be breathtaking as well.

AUGUSTA

Inside our popular Augusta models, you'll find a 37-foot wide open-span interior with 10-foot ceiling, but the real attraction of this Southern classic is the 10-foot deep wraparound porch. Add a swing or two and maybe a hammock; perhaps you'll want a table and chairs and a barbeque grill, or you could even install a complete outdoor kitchen and start enjoying the country life in shade and comfort. In addition to the 2340 s.f. of porch space, the Augusta 1 provides 2220 s.f. of living space, and the Augusta 2 offers 1776 s.f.

AUTUMN VIEW

Probably our most popular series, the Autumn View offers the relaxing shade of a 7-foot deep, full-length front porch and the ranch-style comfort of an open span interior in models ranging from 1170 to 2475 square feet of living space.

BUNGALOW

This smart floor plan maximizes space and gives you everything you need. Note the large living room and just-right bedroom. Like most of our models, the interior is open span, so you can change the layout to suit your needs.

CHENAL

The Chenal gets its contemporary style from an elegant combination of French Provincial and California Bungalow elements. Projecting from the fully-hipped main section, a double-gabled bay provides a covered entryway and small front porch. Another 8x20 foot porch shades the back, offering ample space for outdoor activities. The 40-foot wide open-span interior allows for almost unlimited design choices. The Chenal model 1A offers 2026 square feet of living space with a 480 square foot garage while our recommended floor plan for model 1B uses all 2500 square feet of enclosed area as living space. The Chenal 2 adds 612 square feet of garage to its 2700 square foot living space.

CRESTWOOD

Contrasting elements come together to form our Crestwood's distinctively handsome facade. It juxtaposes sloping angles and vertical lines to create a sense of both motion and stability. Like a waterfall tumbling over the rocks, the Crestwood's multi-pitched roof flows down an 8:12 slope past cross-gabled dormers and then extends out at a 3:12 pitch to shelter the full-length colonnaded porch below. With such dynamic presence, this two-story country classic will be just as impressive in the suburbs as it will on the farm. Our Crestwood models range from about 2100 to almost 3000 square feet of living space.

CUMBERLAND

Our newest model is an attractive and versatile ranch-style home. This home has a 43ft x 90ft footprint for a total of 3,870 square feet, which includes a 1,131 square feet of garage area. Because of our clear span design, the garage area can also be converted to living area. MEADOWBROOK

An elegant combination of form and function, our new Meadowbrook is certain to become a signature Sierra Buildings steel home. The two-story Meadowbrook offers plenty of room for a large family and could easily function as a small lodge or office. Except for the stairway, both upstairs and down offer clearspan interiors, and all or any parts of the porch could be enclosed to gain even more living space.

Our new Northbrook will be a handsome addition to any neighborhood. At 63' x 43' overall, it provides a spacious 1920 ft2 of living space. The 480 ft2 front porch gives you room to relax or space for family festivities, and of course you can enclose some or all of the porch if you wish. The Northbrook's elegantly hipped roof creates a contemporary look and offers added protection from wind, rain, and snow. You can spread out with our suggested floor plan and its three bedrooms, two full baths, and separate living and dining areas, or you can take advantage of the clearspan interior to design any layout that suits your fancy. Whatever you choose, you'll find comfort and style in your Northbrook.

PENDLETON

The Pendleton uses traditional elements to create modern flair. The fully hipped main section is flanked by two gabled projections that balance its dynamic design. The steep 8:12 pitch roof, 9-foot ceilings, and built-in garage are just a few of the features favored by contemporary homebuyers. Our two Pendleton models offer 2338 and 3130 square feet of living space respectively, and both have a 586 square foot garage.

Both models offer a spacious 3072 square feet of living space and feature open span interiors on both floors.

SOUTHRIDGE

A classic example of American Ranch Style architecture, the Southridge is one of our most popular homes. Its distinctive offset-gable roof projection is eye-catching but still easy to construct, and the Southridge's open-span interior makes it a versatile choice. Our Southridge floor plans range from 1300 to 1740 square feet of living space, and the Southridge 3 models are designed with an attached 870 square foot garage that could also be used for living space.

WINDMASTER BAYSIDE

Designed for coastal areas, the mighty Windmaster lives up to its name. We have engineered it to meet or exceed the International Building Code's specifications for a 155 mph wind load, the maximum force of a category 4 hurricane. Sierra Buildings currently offers three Windmaster models, each with an elegantly efficient floor plan that will serve your family as a primary residence or a vacation resort. You can enjoy the beauty of a coastal environment in the safety and comfort of your Sierra Buildings Windmaster. WINDMASTER BROOKSIDE

Our new Brookside model gives the Windmaster design a horizontal orientation. Its 60-foot front porch offers a panoramic view and an expansive covered space for fun and family activities. Like all the Windmasters, the Brookside is designed to be elevated at least 10 feet, and is rated under the IBC/IRC code specifications for a 155 mph wind load at exposure "C" (elevation is measured from the base plate of the columns to the top of the finished deck; the lowest horizontal structural member is at 8' 4-3/4").
